PURCHASING & PAYMENT
Prices are wholesale and to trade only.
Minimum initial order is $100.00. 
Orders below $100 are subject to an $8.00 Handling Fee.
All orders are F.O.B. Toronto, Ontario, and prepaid.
Payment is processed by phone, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Interact & cheques.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
All online orders are subject to our actual stock availability.

SHIPPING
We ship via CanPar Ground, within Canada and to the Continental US -only.
Tracking confirmation will be sent to email address once order has shipped.
Orders placed Saturday, Sunday are shipped out on Monday.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment to notify us.
We process refunds on returned orders upon receiving and inspecting the merchandise.
Unless the return is due to an error committed at our end, all return shipping charges
will be the responsibility of the customer.
A 10% restocking fee applies to cancellations.
